Flour tortillas
Butter or non-stick cooking spray
Your family's favorite shredded cheese

On one tortilla, cut out the jack-o-lantern face
Heat the pan on medium-high and melt the butter or spray with cooking spray
Add the jack-o-lantern tortilla to the pan first, heating until warm then remove from the pan and set aside
Add the second tortilla to the pan and top with shredded cheese
Once the cheese is melted, top with the jack-olantern tortilla and push down lightly with a spatula to secure
Serve with sour cream and/or salsa
